XTREME AUTO GLASS AND WINDOW TINT GIVEAWAY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United States.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
•   Employees of Xtreme Auto Glass and Window Tint and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• Participants must complete the entry form with their full name, email, phone number, and vehicle year, make, and model.
• Participants must follow Xtreme Auto Glass and Window Tint on at least one social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube).
• Participants must tag Xtreme Auto Glass and Window Tint in a social media post during the World of Wheels event and provide a screenshot as proof if selected as a winner.

3. Prizes:

•   Two winners will receive an All-around FormulaOne Pinnacle Window Tint for 4-door vehicles and back windows (no sunroof or front windshield), valued at $499+.
• One grand prize winner will receive a Level 2 Full Front End PPF covering Full Hood, Full Fenders, Front Bumper, and Mirror Caps, Headlights valued at $2,500+.
• Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected randomly using specialized software.
• Drawing dates are as follows:
• March 7th: First Window Tint Winner (announced LIVE on Facebook and Instagram)
• March 8th: Second Window Tint Winner (announced LIVE)
• March 9th: Grand Prize PPF Winner (announced LIVE)

5. Claiming Prizes:

• Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
• Winners must provide proof of social media engagement (following and tagging) to claim their prize.
• Prizes must be redeemed within 90 days at Xtreme Auto Glass and Window Tint's location in Addison, IL.

6. General Conditions:

• Xtreme Auto Glass and Window Tint reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Xtreme Auto Glass and Window Tint from any liability, injury, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

7. Privacy:

• Participant information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
